Quick/Intuitive Online Booking
One app, multiple uses. The app allows you to register, schedule services, pay invoices via credit card, e-check, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, and stay in constant contact directly from your phone! You’ll always have access to update your’s and your pet’s information.
Report Cards Every Visit!
You’ll never be left wondering how each visit went. Notes, pictures, and report cards are emailed, sent through the app with real-time notifications, and posted in the conversation tab. On the admin side we’re able to see time-stamps every three minutes and GPS Tracking (because AuntieJen is a bit of a control freak)
Constant Contact w/the Team or Managers
Our app allows you to stay in contact with the team, upload documents and pictures to help assist in the best care for your fur babies. You have the choice to privately chat with managers or the entire team.
Pawsome Reports
Review each visit! With each report card you’ll have the option to rate us. “How Did We Do” link is easily available!

We want your information safe and secure! The app banking is encrypted like the large secured banking symptoms.
We hire employees, not independent contractors.
This allows more control for quality care and work. It allows JenLovesPets to lawfully pull a full background check, use the portal with gps tracking, and quality checks. But most importantly employees are protected more than independent contractors. JenLovesPets prefers to protect its team just as much as clients & pets.
