As most are aware there’s a novel coronavirus spreading globally. Many businesses are rightly asking employees to work from home to help reduce the spreading. The CDC has asked people who are in the high-risk category to stay away from large crowds and prepare to stay home if there’s an outbreak in the community.
We have; understandably, already received multiple cancelations due to this virus. Please know we’re always here for you and will do whatever we need to help assist. Because of that, we as a team have decided to add a temporary service that will continue until all concerns are eliminated. We’ve come up with an idea to help serve all current clients no matter where you live (as long as it’s San Diego County including Escondido and Poway). We’ve also decided to offer it to all retirement communities, homes, and assisted living homes if they’re connected to our current JLP clients. The fee schedule is at a discounted rate to make it affordable considering the circumstances and still but it will still be legally viable for my team.
THE NEW SERVICE: Concierge Service
We’re offering to run errands, prescription pick up, pet supply/food pick up and delivery, and grocery shopping etc.
Pricing: Pricing will be offered in package form and ALaCarte:
ALaCarte: 1 hour at $30 (includes up to 5 miles of driving, additional miles will be charged at .58 cents a mile)
Package: 8 hours of Concierge Services at $194.00 that can be used in 1-hour increments to be used within 30 days of purchase. (includes up to 5 miles of driving per hour increment, additional miles will be charged at .58 cents a mile)
16 hours of Concierge Services at $368.00 that can be used in 1-hour increments to be used within 30 days of purchase. (includes up to 5 miles of driving per hour increment, additional miles will be charged at .58 cents a mile)
Package hours can be discussed as every client’s needs may be different.
We know and love our current clients, you know, love, and trust the JenLovesPets crew already because of the past decade of our high quality/loving pet care service. It only seems right to serve the JenLovesPets community in this way.
We will use our materials like transportation, gloves, masks (if necessary), etc. We’ll prefer to have all items pre-paid and will discuss details over the phone. JenLovesPets will not use reusable bags, unfortunately, they will require a lot of care to sanitize between routes. I hope you’ll understand as your safety and ours is extremely important.
Our team has always been hyper-aware of cross-contamination for your pets, which is why we don’t use our tools like leashes, cleaning supplies, etc. We’ll continue to do so with even more awareness. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to respond to this email.
Also, if you are working from home don’t forget we can still walk your babies. They love us so we don’t want them to miss out on their JLP bud visit! Not to mention keeping a good consistent routine for your pet is as important to them as yours is to you.
